Threatened species poster

Today–4 October–is World Animal Day. We’ve recently presented a poster for the Threatened Species Forum in Geraldton, highlighting the work Rangelands NRM has done over a number of years to manage threatened species throughout the rangelands of WA.

We have been working with land managers in the rangelands to actively manage significant habitats for the long term survival of WA’s threatened species. These include: northern quoll, bilby, gouldian finch, purple-crowned fairy-wren, sandhill dunnart, mallefowl, great desert skink, loggerhead turtle, green turtle and hawksbill turtle.
