Collaboration

Rangelands NRM understands the complexities of working with a diverse group of organisations and communities with different and sometimes opposing views and agendas. We understand the importance of providing opportunities to discuss these differing views and bringing people together to find “the middle ground” in order to develop shared pathways for collaboration.

We use a framework shown in the figure below when working with groups and individuals. Each can work in isolation, however, there is also a pathway to develop a groups thinking from networking, to problem solving and in some instances if the circumstance exists—a coordinated program may be developed.
